WHO WE ARE
Owner Thomas “Tom” McDonald and son Thomas “Tommy” McDonald Jr.
Tom McDonald graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in 1984 for Refrigeration and HVAC. He’s been working in the trade ever since. Tommy McDonald graduated from the state 4 year apprenticeship program in refrigeration/HVAC in 2015 and has been working with the company since 2010.
We are a small family based business, with 2 of us on service staff. The one advantage with being a smaller company is that we get to know the customer, and they get to know us and trust our work. It’s more personal when the customer knows for sure who will be coming out to service their equipment and the level of trust that it will be fixed and taken care of.
WHAT WE DO
We cater to the national restaurant and fast food chains as well as local single owner businesses. We have a good network with equipment manufacturers and do warranty service for the major equipment manufacturers such as TRUE Beverage Air, Atosa, Manitowoc and many others.
NON-PROFIT DISCOUNTS
We try to be community based and give service discounts to non-profit organizations in the community, such as, churches, fire department, VFW, American Legions and other civic organizations.
